My job is to effectively manage information and systems within our operations and underwriting area so we can make consistent, time-sensitive decisions that lead to successful closings with satisfied customers. To succeed, I combine 17+ years of experience with most large mortgage companies, federal agencies (including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD) with an old fashion “common sense” underwriting philosophy. This combination allows me to consistently match mortgage specific information with the best rates and loan programs, which quickly creates confidence with our borrowers and credibility with those investors who buy our mortgages.
